Our organization is located in Richardson, TX with about 70 people on our team. We are a young team that works hard because we believe there is a greater purpose to our work than the work itself.
Bluefish TV (www.bluefishtv.com) creates video resources used in tens of thousands of churches across the U.S. We work with well-known authors and leaders including Erwin McManus, Donald Miller, Doug Fields, Louie Giglio, Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott as well as others to produce relevant small group curriculum for youth groups and adult groups. In addition we have produced hundreds of 2-3 minute video illustrations that pastors and teachers can use in their large group settings.
The RightNow Campaign (www.rightnow.org) is passionate about connecting 20 and 30-somethings to mission opportunities around the world. Through our network of 75 mission agencies, our website and coaching team guides passionate individuals towards hands-on opportunities to serve others for Christ. The Leadnow and Fusion Experience are two events the RightNow Campaign produces to reach this generation.
We have recently relocated to a new building in Richardson (suburb of Dallas). With 90,000 customers and growing, our organization is in need of someone to help be a leader in getting the word out about these two ministries through the digital world. This is a rare opportunity for someone with the energy and experience to have a huge impact on the future growth of our ministry.

Internet Marketing Coordinator
For the Internet Marketing Coordinator, it starts with being passionate about the vision for the ministry and then having the drive to get the word out to as many people as possible. This person will help develop our Internet Marketing presence including digital press releases, managing our blog postings, google pay-per-click ad campaigns, search engine optimization and email campaigns.
You will work on the sales and marketing team and report to Director of Sales and Marketing, Justin Forman.
Requirements for this job:
*Understanding of internet marketing (Press releases, key word searches, linking strategies, pay-per-click)
*Some writing and editing skills
*An appreciation and understanding of our church ministry
*Well organized with attention to detail and process
*Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
*Self-starter
