We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Marketing Communications team in Richardson, Texas. This position works closely with our Market Development and Product Planning teams to effectively market and generate demand for Fujitsu wireless and wireline telecommunications solutions. Candidates will be considered for contract or contract-to-permanent. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for implementing and executing effective solutions-driven marketing programs to build awareness, create demand and generate leads for our award-winning portfolio of telecommunications products and services. The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering both client- and prospect-facing marketing campaigns, with emphasis on lead-focused marketing outreach and awareness building activities and experience in managing the creative direction of marcom projects with an in-house creative team, including:
- Direct Mail
- E-Marketing
- Trade & Executive Events
- Web Seminars
- Alliance Marketing
The successful candidate will excel in the following areas:
- Develop business-to-business solution-specific marketing communication programs that effectively demonstrate the Fujitsu value proposition to clients and prospects.
- Oversee all planning and technical aspects of assigned Marcom programs including plan development, messaging, resource management, traffic coordination, budget management, and program evaluation.
- Work with team to set individual programs goals and objectives and evaluate campaign results including marketing return on investment.
- Provide reports to executive management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred major/emphasis: marketing, business or communications.
- 5-7 years experience in marketing programs including trade shows, events management, and/or marketing programs/direct mail/e-marketing development and execution.
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts and objectives in a fast-paced high-tech business-to-business environment.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into market-specific go-to-market programs.
- Proven track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results.
- Working knowledge of the planning and execution of marketing programs with the ability to lead/manage programs from campaign development through execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to implement with extreme attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to operate and make decisions under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
