Job Description

The MasterLink Group, a search engine marketing and web design agency located in Dallas, is looking for an experienced Interactive Marketing Expert with expertise in SEM and SEO. This is an excellent opportunity to join a bright team of web design and marketing professionals.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with search engine optimization projects and PPC campaigns and a proven record of success with all major search engines and have extensive experience with the following: • SEO strategy and implementation • Hands-on optimization, including site structure, page construction, content, keyword research, and SEO copywriting • Pay-per-click strategy and implementation • Research, identify and establish link partners with authoritative web sites for our SEO clients • Reporting, analytics, and management of SEO clients including Ranking Reports, Link Building, Site Audits, etc.  Meeting with propects and clients to educate the importance of SEM • Maintain professional, ongoing relationship with search engine marketing (SEM ) clients • Participate in prospective client presentations & proposals • E-mail marketing campaignsExperience • At least two years of direct SEO experience • Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation • Experience with SEO keyword research and development • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies • Extensive experience with Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing & MSN adCenter (certifications a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required • Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools; also Word, Excel, HTML and JavaScript • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously MasterLink needs a self-starter and a great team player with a keen understanding of search marketing to help achieve goals.
