National Teacher Associates, Inc. and Affiliates, “NTA” a dynamic Insurance Agency management company located in Addison Texas, is looking for talented energetic individuals to be part of a strong team that plan and promote the full marketing effort for NTA’s sales agency and affiliates. In 2008, NTA will complete development of numerous support websites and begin campaigns for sales, recruiting; branding and agency sales force systemization. NTA is looking for a creative, motivated, and driven Marketing Assistant. This career opportunity is ideal for a detail conscious go-getter with good interpersonal skills, strong writing skills and campaign production knowledge. A well organized marketing mind and “can do” attitude are critical.
Requirements:
• Aid the team in ongoing development of the marketing strategy (based on prior and new plans) to promote NTA as a brand and a great career choice.
• Internal and External Web Marketing / Media Relations strategy, plan and execution
• Manage marketing calendar and production schedule
• Develop and help manage multifaceted integrated marketing campaigns including websites, brochures, e-announcements, outreach, direct mail, newsletters, letters, message boards, conference letters, etc.
• Business development and vendor campaign management in regards to sponsor programs and other strategic initiatives that result in revenue generation for the company
• Develop and help manage lead generation campaigns for sales and recruiting
• Research, data acquisition and list management of target audiences
• Assist in “team environment” with appropriate staff for campaign development
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and team members
• Customer service attitude
• Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
• Research
Marketing and writing background required and Advertising background a plus. Bachelors Degree mandatory; advanced degree a plus. Must be very organized with high attention to detail and able to multi-task while maintaining a professional presence. We will train the right person.
Position requires full working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
