Web Analytics Analyst (Hotels.com)

We are currently seeking a talented Web Analytics Analyst to work in our Dallas office. As the Web Analytics Analyst for Hotels.com, your role will be to research and report on the experience of users that have visited Hotels.com and turn this research into actionable recommendations to accomplish business objectives.

The ability to evangelize the importance of data-driven decision-making will be critical to this job. Creativity is key; as you will need to measure site usability and effectiveness while turning the data into actionable recommendations.

Support the analytics needs of the organization by analyzing web traffic using state of the art analytic tools (Omniture & Google Analytics). Collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.

The Web Analytics Analyst will focus their time on reporting and analysis. This will include clickstream analysis, conversion funnel analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis, all combined with offline call center data. This role will analyze online and offline marketing campaigns (search & direct traffic), on-site promotions, business unit financial performance, product mix, in addition to working with our affiliate team.
