Description
Account Managers at imc2 are responsible for day-to-day interaction with a brand(s)/client(s), for tracking and documenting account metrics, and for ensuring successful completion of our work. The AM provides clients with all the expertise and solutions offered by the agency, helps the Account Director in providing the agency strong healthy business growth and an engaged loyal client base, and provides colleagues and direct reports the education, inspiration and professional development needed to tap their potential and to further their careers. AMs take the lead in providing the client information and status and likewise provide the agency with accurate assessments of account health, issues, and risks. The AM is always striving to improve communication with the client. The AM reports directly to the Account Director.
Requirements
To be considered all candidates MUST have the following experience:
Strong agency account management experience (minimum of 5 years) with at least 2 years interactive marketing experience including setting strategic direction of all interactive programs (web site development, email, database and online advertising).
-OR-
Minimum 5 years client side marketing experience in a Healthcare, Wellness and/or Pharma category. Must include management of interactive marketing programs.
All candidates must also be able to demonstrate successful experience in:
Building strong, beneficial relationships with senior level clients.
Operating with grace under fire and quick thinking in critical situations.
Leading, managing and growing direct reports as well as a team oriented attitude in servicing clients.
Using superb communication skills in order to influence and strengthen relationships both internally and with clients.
Working independently and being resourceful in finding the right answer.
Acting as a conduit between the Business Development and execution teams.
