JOB DESCRIPTION

Dal-Tile manufactures, distributes and markets high-quality ceramic tile and natural stone products. We currently operate ten manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Mexico, over 240 Sales Service Centers throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, four Regional Distribution Centers and employ over 9,000 associates.
Objectives and Overview: Manage websites, micro sites and online applications for multiple brands in the flooring industry. Duties include development of lifecycle management, server and network management and standard day-to-day monitoring. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in Cold Fusion development, FLEX integration and determine the right development platform for maximum success for all business applications.
Candidate must have strong writing skills for development/application documentation including needs, process flow and execution documentation. He/she must have the ability to manage numerous, high-visibility programs concurrently. Candidate must have the ability to discuss highly technical business solutions to a non-technical audience.
Scope of the responsibilities of the position:
Technological
· Recommends and Implements creative and innovative solutions through various technology approaches/ideas to solve a challenging marketing initiative or concern.
· Develop and execute Internet marketing strategy, specifically corporate web sites, residential flooring sites, dealer sites, e-business, field sales and internal staff (as it relates to marketing).
· Research new technologies for application development projects.
· SEO – Manage and implement search engine campaigns.
· Research and implement on-line advertising and partnership programs.
· Develop user forums to increase brand awareness.
· Create and maintain online referral programs.
· Monitor web performance, identify and execute enhancements, generate quarterly reporting.
· Directs, implements, and establishes standards for marketing email communications – internally & externally.
Marketing
· Recommends and develops marketing technology programs to solve marketing challenges.
· Continuously works to develop new ways to drive traffic to our web sites and to our dealers.
· Understand, layout & write web friendly copy.
· Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of all marketing and sales content.
· Manage marketing technology budget to insure programs are executed within established budgetary guidelines.
Project Management
· Manage small team of project managers, including exterior vendor partners.
· Manages multiple projects with changing priorities.
Communication skills
· Project highly effective and strong communication skill in order to:
o Articulate technological benefits and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
o Market the products, services, new advances, etc to internal and external customer.
o Reflect a professional and proficient approach when communicating with internal and external clientele.
o Administer and facilitate presentations to internal and external customers regarding products, services, etc. related to the marketing programs.
Cross-Functional duties
· Work closely with external development team and engage in hands-on programming and debugging.
· Coordination between external software vendors, Mohawk, and the industry for B2B standards implementation.
· Act as liaison between I.T. and Marketing/Sales to prioritize I.T. requests based on company’s goals and objectives.
Teamwork
· Works with team members to facilitate organizational changes by recommending processes and procedures enhancements to eliminating non-value added activities.
Customer Base
· Responsive and helpful to both internal and external customers in regards to inquiries, special projects, etc.
· Adept at working with multiple internal customers (within and outside of marketing group).

Education/Knowledge
·Bachelor’s degree with minimum of ten-years of similar experience within and IT and Marketing organization, 5+ of which were directly related to online consumer-oriented marketing
·2-5 years of management experience
·Competent in HTML, JavaScript, Cold Fusion, .NET, SQL, Flash, Flex
·Knowledge of CAD, BIM and other architectural tools
·Competent in Search Engine Functionality and Web Site Optimization
·Competent in User Forums, Blogs & Referral Programs
·Video Streaming Technology
·Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Internet Applications
