Description
Account Managers at imc2 are responsible for day-to-day interaction with a brand(s)/client(s), for tracking and documenting account metrics, and for ensuring successful completion of our work. The AM provides clients with all the expertise and solutions offered by the agency, helps the Account Director in providing the agency strong healthy business growth and an engaged loyal client base, and provides colleagues and direct reports the education, inspiration and professional development needed to tap their potential and to further their careers. AMs take the lead in providing the client information and status and likewise provide the agency with accurate assessments of account health, issues, and risks. The AM is always striving to improve communication with the client. The AM reports directly to the Account Director.
Requirements
To be considered all candidates MUST have the following experience:
Strong agency account management experience (minimum of 5 years) with at least 2 years interactive marketing experience including setting strategic direction of all interactive programs (web site development, email, database and online advertising).
-OR-
Minimum 5 years client side marketing experience in a Healthcare, Wellness and/or Pharma category. Must include management of interactive marketing programs.
All candidates must also be able to demonstrate successful experience in:
Building strong, beneficial relationships with senior level clients.
Operating with grace under fire and quick thinking in critical situations.
Leading, managing and growing direct reports as well as a team oriented attitude in servicing clients.
Using superb communication skills in order to influence and strengthen relationships both internally and with clients.
Working independently and being resourceful in finding the right answer.
Acting as a conduit between the Business Development and execution teams.

Job Description | Search Marketing Consultant
NMG is expanding their SEO/SEM functions to support a growing number of client engagements. The position is responsible for development, implementation and tracking of the overall Internet marketing strategy for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with organic optimization techniques, link popularity campaigns, PPC campaigns, and conversion analytic programs (such as HitBox, Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, etc….). Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the analytical aptitude, and technical knowledge to execute the strategies. For example a working knowledge of HTML and CSS is necessary in order implement adjustments to client’s web sites based on the campaign data.
Skills Required:
· Good verbal and written communications skills in order to clearly communicate overall SEM marketing strategy to clients
· Skills related to Client Relations / Customer Service are a must – interaction by phone, email and face-to-face
· Ability to Research client markets and make organic optimization recommendations (keyword research, link popularity research, etc..)

Overview
Through collaborative efforts this position is responsible for effectively creating, designing and implementing a variety of methods, strategies and tactics of marketing in order to achieve the specific property and company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creative
· Oversee and coordinate all marketing efforts for assigned property portfolio.
· Develop and coordinate the overall design, production and printing of all collateral materials with a property’s specific marketing message.
· Develop any recommended ideas remembering the marketing image and target audience.
· Ensure all printed materials and marketing materials are ordered and tracked through the marketing request database.
· Coordinate and design site plans.
· Implement, design and coordinate direct mail advertising by acquiring mailing lists, oversee design, printing and mailing.
· Coordinate the development and monitoring of online marketing efforts.
Preparation/Development
· Interact regularly with property managers, regional managers and outreach marketing specialist to determine marketing needs.
· Prepare marketing plans, promotional plans and media schedules for new projects.
· Prepare preliminary marketing and advertising/media budgets for new projects; maintain a declining budget to monitor expenditures and maintain within budget.
· Participate, review and recommend effective marketing tactics for quarterly marketing plans.
· Review current ads monthly and update as needed. This includes making recommended changes to reflect specials, contact information, marketing campaigns, effectiveness, etc.
· Facilitate media placement for all designated properties, which can include negotiating contracts and placement; submitting requests for new advertising; updates and redesign.
Analysis
· Analyze reports to identify traffic and leasing trends.
· Analyze weekly occupancy and traffic reports for property portfolio; taking appropriate action to increase traffic/leases/scheduled rental rates as needed.
· Review market conditions to make marketing recommendations.
· Marketing must result in increased traffic/leases on assigned properties.
Event Planning
· Assist with design and implementation of special promotional events and parties. This could include Open Houses, Grand Openings, Chamber Events, Realtor/Locator mixers, resident events, community participation, etc.
· Prepare press releases for property events, openings, etc.
· Contact media (i.e. television stations, newspapers, local officials, etc.) for promotion of events.
