This position is responsible for all emailing deployed by the team and works with the Online Marketing Manager, other Online Marketing Specialists, Communications groups and Analysts to maximize the profitability of all email campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES

EMAIL MANAGEMENT (70%)

  • Launches campaigns to the entire email base and segmented campaigns
  • Works with staff subject matter experts and third party email vendor (StrongMail) to identify and troubleshoot problems, and identifies and executes against enhancement opportunities
  • Conceptualizes and helps initiate tests toward improving key metrics (opens, clicks, quotes and purchases)

Vertical Marketing Mgr (Dallas TX)

Match is looking for a Verticals Marketing Manager to develop and execute customer acquisition plans for targeted vertical market segments.  The manager’s success will be based on the number of incremental customers acquired from marketing, CRM, business development and other acquisition activities.  This role is critical to charting Match’s course in these growing segments.  The Verticals Marketing Manager should have proven customer acquisition experience and deep knowledge of the respective market segments. 
 
Responsibilities:

  •  Develop the customer acquisition and marketing strategy for the targeted vertical market segments.
  • Identify and execute customer acquisition initiatives in collaboration with Match’s internal acquisition teams.  Initiatives may include online display advertising, email marketing, CRM marketing, search marketing, customized landing pages and radio.

  • Work with internal and external resources in the development of new creative concepts and promotional offers.

  • Act as the gatekeeper of segment specific customer data and interact with IT and external data and analytics resources to improve the quality of data.

The Verticals Marketing Manager must have a proven track record of driving incremental revenue through customer acquisition programs against their respective segments.  He / she will have a minimum of 3 years online acquisition, CRM or other forms of online marketing experience.   eCommerce, software and / or subscription business model experience is strongly preferred.  The following criteria are considered most important:

  •  4-year degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Extensive  experience developing, executing and analyzing the impact of consumer acquisition marketing programs for certain vertical market segments.
  • Extremely analytical.  Able to take a significant amount of raw data, analyze it, draw insight from it, and develop action plans based on it.  A willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the data.
  • Demonstrated success with email marketing including concept development, forecasting, budgeting, design, execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • A fundamental understanding of Customer Marketing combined with operational experience in developing complex, high volume customer marketing programs.

Job Description
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide support for the execution of all International Partner marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will respond to reporting requests, assist with creation of presentations, compile and maintain internal Partner data, route technology and translation requests, support interdepartmental communications, and assist with other issues as they arise. Position Overview 
The Marketing Manager Texas provides marketing and public relations leadership and support to offices in Dallas and Houston.

The Marketing Manager collaborates with colleagues to achieve target market brand awareness and market penetration goals through the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
