Position Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages Field Team client relationships and oversees direct reports’ responsibilities Builds and maintains relationship with specified client and vendors.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as liaison between Regional Field Marketing Directors/Field Marketing Managers and RAZOR.
Maintains daily contact with clients. Takes client feedback/requests and executes them throughout the agency.

Interacts with clients on a strategic level – makes strategic recommendations on print marketing plans, fanfare marketing plans, market communication, processes and vehicles.
Works closely with Insight and Data on market and store level plans as well as tracking recommendations.
Participates in Marketing and Agency conference calls and attends status meetings, facilitates approved ad hoc creative meetings and brain storming sessions

Interacts with clients on a an execution level – Plans and executes with specified field reps on print marketing plans, fanfare marketing plans, down store plans and market communications.
Works closely with Senior Account Director to ensure flawless execution of plans and ensures markets stay within budget. Along with giving input, assist in leading and sell-in of tactical marketing initiatives and ensure revenue goals are met.

Supervises and assists with management of all market print budgets including: Weekly invoice packets to client, weekly electronic budget/flowchart updates to field reps, invoice approval, reconciliation, monthly reconciliation calls and quarterly close.

Works with vendors and production to ensure timely and accurate billing of orders within 3% of estimate.

Oversees direct reports’ responsibilities and supervises execution of projects to ensure flawless execution of print marketing, fanfare and market communication of client partnership team. Works with internal departments to appropriately schedule staffing allocation of proofreader, production manager and production artists. Works with Sr. Account Director to determine reallocation of staffing as needed to ensure flawless execution and maximize account output.

Leads monthly planning and provides direction/support for team. Provides guidance and support for development of planning presentations to field reps for approval.

Assist with monthly forecast providing billing follow up, job closings, accounts receivable, and quarterly/year end-close procedures.

Works with vendors and production manager to ensure flawless execution of programs including Monthly inserts, Monthly direct mail, Monthly collateral, and on going fanfare support and market communication.

Provides support where needed on special projects, vehicle tests and product testing.
Provides internal support for Account Executives during peak volume windows.
Assist Senior Account Director in managing team and account.
Manage the daily activities, growth and training for direct reports. Oversees all process and quality control documents.
Executes all career path planning, 90 day reviews, annual reviews, error and goal documentation.
Work with principals and Senior Account Director to develop, lead and execute a strategic vision for client relationship management.

Grow the account. Work as part of the company Account Leadership Group, sharing knowledge and skills with fellow Account Leaders. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
Must know the fundamentals of marketing and advertising.
Posses 7-9 years experience in a related field.
Must have proficient computer skills and intermediate Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to problem-solve and accept accountability.
Must have strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills.
Posses a positive attitude and natural tendency to be proactive.
Proven record of being a strong leader in extra curricular activities, community service, etc.
