EaglePicher is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to perform inside and outside sales to manage, cultivate and expand customer relationships while marketing products within the medical implant market. Strong emphasis will be on understanding present and future customer and market needs with primary focus on developing, implementing and executing plans to position Medical Products business to meet these needs.

Job responsibilities include the following:

Manage existing customer relationships to ensure on-going customer satisfaction

Develop and implement a plan to obtain new customers within medical implant market

Develop and implement a plan for introducing new products and chemistries to medical implant market involving existing and new customers

Utilize best practices and tools, such as print, industry trades and other vehicles, in marketing new and existing products

Cultivate contacts with existing customers and throughout the industry to identify market trends in technology, products and applications

Work with Medical Power Program Manager(s) and Engineering resources while introducing new markets with new as well as existing products

Introduce new markets and opportunities to Medical Power Engineering and Senior Management for potential development

Help develop potential “branding” strategy centered around Medical Power products

Establish trade show strategy best suited for Medical Power type products

Develop bids and proposals for all existing and new customers
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required with mechanical or chemical engineering discipline a plus

Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in medical-type products, medical implantable products a plus

Able to travel domestic and international; approx 15%-20% of travel will be international

Knowledge of GMP, FDA and ISO practices

Job Requirements

Minimum Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent related experience/education

Prior experience within a retail environment and/or supporting franchise locations highly desirable
