Our Dallas based client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to manage the marketing strategy, planning and execution for Marketing Technology. The Marketing Director will serve as primary point of contact and ownership of business group solutions for the following:

Corporate product initiatives for Marketing Technology including technology solutions, marketing database design, email creative services, and brand and promotional development
Leadership content development
Creation of lead generation campaigns, field marketing with Sales and Sales support teams
Excellent client communication
Events, tradeshows and seminars
Contributor to corporate website for various business groups

job Requirements

Qualification and Requirements for this Marketing Director are:

5 to 7 years demonstrated experience

Position will be responsible for leading a team of customer marketing professionals who will interface with each of our customer account teams to:

* Be the primary customer-facing role within the marketing organization in partnering with our customers’ marketing and strategy organizations to define ALU’s value propositions

* Be the primary interface to customer account teams in ensuring Sales is informed of all regional marketing activities

* Develop an account profile of each major customer, updated quarterly, with customer and ALU strategies identified

* Generate or accelerate net new revenue as measured by account team feedback

* Identify co-marketing program requirements to assist service providers in generating revenues from ALU infrastructure and to differentiate ALU in competitive bids

* Provide analysis of major wins and losses with implications and recommendations

Qualifications
Experience
Position requires 7 to 10 years’ related experience, with demonstrated progression and success, within the technology or telecommunications industries. Direct experience working for or marketing to service providers in North America is highly desired.

· Excellent communications skills.
· Extensive customer facing experience especially with executives.
· Business case development.
· Business development experience preferred.

Education

The Marketing Manager is responsible for collecting, analyzing and delivering actionable information to support the profitable growth of the Income Tax division of TRTA. The Marketing Manager also takes the lead role in developing market strategy for the business. This includes support of lead generation processes, marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, market segmentation, and general sales and marketing analysis. In addition, the Marketing Manager is an active part of the leadership team for the Income Tax division.

Responsibilities:
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will add to costs and may impact the short-term goals of the organization.
INTERACTION: Frequently interacts with senior business unit management, functional peer group managers and normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
