As a geography marketing manager for the Americas, you will be responsible for working with the direct sales regions to develop territory demand generation plans for the purpose of achieving their sales goals. Will define and drive program strategy for the region, along with timeline and consistency. Is strongly responsible for success of the mid-market products and related marketing programs in the marketplace.

This position requires an individual who has both marketing and sales knowledge, with strong planning, analytical and communication skills.
As the marketing execution lead, you will be responsible for the following functions:

Demand Generation:
•You will be responsible for the development of a territory demand generation plan while working with the regional sales leader.
•Planning will include the ability to determine local market requirements.
•You will also need to understand global marketing programs, align global marketing programs with sales goals, track associated metrics and determine cross –zone capacity of demand generation programs being executed within a quarter.
•As the lead, you will report and track effectiveness of marketing execution and align global marketing campaigns to local needs to drive effective lead generation results.

Sales Support and Enablement:
You will be responsible for enabling the direct geography sales force across business zones.

Inbound Marketing:
You will drive inbound market requirements for the Americas zone, including competitive positioning, local market requirements, business value statements and alignment of product to both industry and revenue sales objectives. The geography marketing manager position requires effective planning, created marketing execution, communication, knowledge of market and customer problems with PLM.
Will also require domain knowledge of CAD/CAM/PDM and digital manufacturing, and the enthusiasm to communicate our vision to the market while supporting the sales team.

Ensures the achievement of strategic revenue objectives for special market or industry segment. Plays a proactive role in planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors. Keeps informed of and evaluates new and existing market trends for financial potential. Works with employee education, sales, customer support and product support on positionng products, designing demonstrations, developing training courses, etc.

This role is an individual contributor role but a senior level highly skilled individual contributor on the team.

Skills

The geography marketing manager must have knowledge of the PLM market and some sales experience in a direct selling, technical or a business development role.
Seeking five plus years of experience in PDM industry within sales or marketing capacity.
Experience in marketing will including the ability to develop annual marketing plan with management or corresponding budget.
Proven experience in ability to develop integrated marketing execution plan including demand generation best practices (promotions, events, calls to action, localization) while driving effective results including leads, pipeline, and marketing metrics is required.
Ability to work with product development, product marketing, sales and customers is required.
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) required.
Must have 10+ years related professional experience and minimum three years of marketing experience.
Must have strong program/project management experience and several years related product/program related experience.
Is the key employee responsible for driving the achievement of marketing programs, including product marketing, market research, internet related marketing and advertising.
Able to work and deliver to a deadline with high quality work product.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Ability to work with others and build consensus based decisions.
Able to collect input from various teams and decide optimal plan.
Travel will be required (25 – 50% or greater)

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, implementation and execution of effective solutions-driven marketing programs to build awareness, create demand and generate leads for our telecommunications solutions and services. Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Delivery and in addition to the direct management of staff, will work closely with (and/or lead) company-wide cross functional projects to effectively market and generate demand for our client’s solutions. Blogging
Streaming media
Audio and video production and compression technologies
Flash development
HD content development and delivery
Enterprise content management systems

• Develop and execute branding initiatives our client; including Avaya and Cisco products that:

?? Indicate reliable solutions, systems, services, and maintenance

• Develop and execute an annual strategic advertising program that is aligned with corporate business objectives, utilizing multiple media types and multiple delivery channels. Provide advertising program metrics and ROI.

• Develop and manage electronic media programs that drive awareness and demand for our client’s services, and facilitate the communication of key messages. Programs include internal and external e-newsletters, rich emails, streaming media, PowerPoint presentations, internal and external Web sites and other Web-based content delivery platforms.

• Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing program that will enhance our client’s image and position within the marketplace.

• Articulate our client’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization.

• Develop and direct the editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization publications.

• Coordinate the appearance of all of print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.

• Ensure that our client regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.

• Lead projects such as tradeshows, vendor events, and others as assigned.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience developing, managing and executing successful marketing communications strategies and programs.

Technical/Software:

Qualified candidates should have a thorough understanding of Web development tools and technologies, Flash media, audio and video production, enterprise media applications, streaming media, CRM applications, CMS applications, email delivery platforms and HTML/XML.

Must have proficiency using Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project, and Adobe Creative Suite

Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.
