Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Mid-Market & Inside Sales Marketing is primarily responsible for demand generation through the planning and execution of targeted B-to-B marketing programs aimed at both new customer acquisition and customer cross/up sell in the Mid-Market segment. Working with sales and segment management, this role will develop long-term marketing programs and campaigns to meet revenue and business objectives, manage vendor relationships, coordinate with colleagues to execute programs globally and establish closed loop sales tracking and reporting.

The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering both customer- and prospect-facing, high volume marketing campaigns, with emphasis on lead-focused marketing outreach. The role requires close integration with North America Inside Sales to develop long-term strategies, “tele-campaigns”, training, materials and tracking for the purpose of creating demand and moving opportunities rapidly through the sales cycle. In addition, the qualified candidate should have extensive experience in managing all elements of the marketing program process including:

• Direct Mail
• E-Marketing
• Web Seminars
• Online Marketing and Content Syndication
• Contact building and management
• Marketing Systems Automation (Eloqua)
• Channel and Partner Marketing
• Develop business-to-business solution-specific marketing communication programs that effectively demonstrate the McAfee value proposition to clients and prospects.
• Oversee all planning and technical aspects of assigned marketing programs including development, messaging, resource management, traffic coordination, and budget management.
• Work with team to set individual programs goals and objectives and evaluate campaign results including marketing return on investment.
• Provide reports to executive management.

Exceptional candidates will have the following experience:
– 7+ years High-volume campaign management
– Enterprise software marketing/sales
– CRM & Marketing Automation Systems (Eloqua & Oracle CRM a major advantage)
– Telesales or Telesales support
– Ability to work in a very fast-paced, highly team-based environment
– Spanish or Portuguese language skills are useful but not required

The company is Morgan Buildings and Spas. This company is based in Garland, Texas (Dallas area) right on I-635. Morgan is comprised of two primary divisions. One is a 32 unit retail store operation selling consumer small portable storage buildings as well as spas that are manufactured in our 5 regional plants. The Commercial division is Morgan Building Systems. They manufacturer and sell modular buildings for projects as small as temporary classrooms and as large as complete office complexes. Our company revenue is in the mid-cap range. The company is privately held and has been managed by the same family since 1961.

The available position is really a Marketing/Advertising Manager. This person must understand the product lines and develop marketing programs, including advertising. The successful person would be able to build consensus within an organization led by strong entrepreneurs. Knowledge of the industrial commercial building market, home improvement products and retailing concept would be an advantage. Design and management of broadcast, print, outdoor & indoor signage and other POP from conception are primary responsibilities. This position manages a staff of two graphic designers, a web manager and a media/advertising coordinator.
