Overview
Taking strategy and GTM direction from the Director of WW Campaigns, the Apps Campaign Manager is responsible forcreating campaign plans, building campaign contentand providing executionguidance to the geo marketing teams- to meet the goals and business requirements of Apps business.
Job Description
This individual will collaborate with all key cross-functional organizations to create the strategic marketing plan (optimally a quarter in advance of deliverable delivery), and assist in the delivery of global campaigns. Job responsibilities include all major aspects of marketing campaign design and delivery:
– Apply understanding of customer data, knowledge of business and input from others to design a program strategy and messaging platform for a campaign
– Analyze customer analytics to drive strategy, propose analytics strategies
– Develop/own campaign scorecard/dashboard and associated metrics/goals/ benchmarks; track/report progress against them
– Develop closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and identify indicated actions
– Work with regions, product marketing and others to design high-return multi-touch campaigns to generate awareness, consideration, purchase, preference
– Manage creation of campaign deliverables, ensuring high quality, on time results
– Provide subject matter expertise and messaging input for all key campaign assets including customer facing promotional materials as well as internal content.
– If required, assist in planning and delivering launch campaigns for major solution releases
– As needed, assist with PR/AR on press and analyst materials
– Manage campaign budget each quarter

Education and Experience Required:
. Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
. 10 years marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing, partner marketing, market research and customer database/ analytics
. Agency, sales and/or channel experience
Knowledge and Skills Required:
– Strong understanding of Applications business and its customers a must
– Ability to apply the knowledge of Apps business and its customers to create compelling campaign messaging and overall program strategy
– Experience in creating marketing campaigns forservicesrequired
– 5-7 years marketing experience in high technology field in at least two marketing functional areas: (1) product and (2) corporate marketing. Proven track record of success in successful demand generation and awareness campaigns. Must be able to demonstrate direct measurable results from their influence in the program.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will establish objectives and strategies for increasing brand and product awareness, interest and understanding across Lineage Power target audiences for AC/DC front end and DC/DC board mounted power technologies in the communications, computing, storage, industrial and medical industries. Also champions campaigns, programs and practices to drive distribution demand for Lineage Power embedded OEM products – in support of immediate and continued market share and revenue growth.

Manages the development and implementation of the company’s marketing communications programs. Works with Marketing, Sales, and business unit leadership to plan and create strategies, tactics, activities and materials for the purpose of conveying the most positive marketing message to target markets. Oversees the logistics of packaging and distributing marketing materials, and coordinates outsourced marketing activities for public relations and graphics design.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Other duties may be assigned)
• Collaborates with corporate marketing to develop and implement marketing communication activities as defined by product and market strategy.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to understand, identify, and fulfill needs for launching new products from introduction to discontinuation, and to sustain communications for existing products.
• Manages all marketing communications projects from conception to completion and serves as the primary liaison between internal clients and Lineage Power’s graphics agency, including but not limited to: accurate communication of projects, work flow/traffic coordination, budget management, management/prioritization of deliverables and providing creative direction. Plans, coordinates and implements outsourced marketing projects in conjunction with the company’s strategic objectives and activities.
• Defines “go to market” strategies and tactics that keep the company’s products top-of-mind with customers and prospects. Ensures that marketing materials position the company and its products for high visibility with customers, partners, trade associations, outside vendors and media audiences
• Develops an annual Marketing Communications plan consisting of (but not limited to) components including: online/search advertising, direct marketing, Web-based seminars and communications, global events and user group meetings, demand generation initiatives, a broad range of collateral materials including corporate literature and product/services brochures, sales promotions, success story programs, packaging design and more.
• Provides coordination and support for co-marketing activities with partners and distribution channels.
• Manages the content of the company’s Web site and Intranet.
• Works with public relations agency to ensure the company is widely and positively represented in industry and vertical market publications
• Creates, distributes and updates marketing collateral and sales tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree in Business, English or Marketing with 1-5 years related industry experience in Marketing Communications. Advanced degree in Business or Marketing desirable.
• High level of proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphical art applications desired.
