We are looking for a Sr. Director of Digital Experience, based at our Home Office in Dallas, Texas. He/she will be an integral member of ClubCorps marketing team and will serve as the technical leader of the digital marketing organization including technical and operational oversight of the ClubCorp websites, content management system and other digital communications platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Partner with Marketing leadership, IT and other executives to plan, define and execute our digital communication platforms and strategies
Provide technical leadership within the digital marketing organization related to technical and operational oversight of the ClubCorp websites, content management system and other digital communications platforms
Manage, monitor and continually improve content, navigation and applications within ClubCorp websites
Provide strategic recommendations related to improving the effectiveness of ClubCorp websites in driving leads, improving upgrades and supporting the member experience
Research emerging technologies and services that may enhance the users experience and make recommendations as to the use of these technologies within ClubCorp websites
Mentor and train in-house personnel on current development methodologies and best practices

DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES The Member Services Division is responsible for the retention and acquisition of members. Coordinates business development programs, networking events and visibility including business-to-business opportunities for members.
POSITION OBJECTIVES Drive the retention of members and assist the division in the development and implementation of programs aimed at helping Partnership members see value in retaining their membership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The following responsibilities are essential to job performance:

1. Manage and implement the annual membership Campaigns. 2. Identify, train and manage Ambassadors and Allies; volunteers responsible for the retention of members. 3. Design, manage and implement the member retention programs. 4. Organize programs specific to the needs of large, mid-size, and small member companies. 5.
