Our customer database is one of the most vital and strategic tools in our business as we work to build customer traffic, increase more frequent, repeat visits and foster a loyal, adoring customer base. Reporting to the Direct Marketing Director, the Direct Marketing Analyst will provide support and reporting for all database, direct mail and online marketing initiatives at The Container store. The perfect candidate must have exceptional communication and interpersonal while also working in a whole-brained environment with key department leads all across the company.
The primary focus of this position will be creating direct mail and email campaigns using a campaign management tool. Campaign management experience is a MUST for this role.

This position is based at our Main Office in Coppell, in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3-5 years retail marketing experience required

Direct Mail

• Understanding and knowledge of direct mail processes and procedures including mail file segmentation and preparation, list procurement, data appending and hygiene procedures
• Create mail campaigns from the customer database using a campaign management solution (experience with Unica a plus)
• Maintain all mail campaign and response reporting
• Collaborate with Direct Marketing Director and Director of Analytics to determine best customer segmentation and mail selects for direct mail
• Maintain direct mail and online marketing schedules in the Working Marketing Plan
• Coordinate, organize and keep current the company’s direct mail planning calendar

Customer Database

• Possesses experience working with 3rd party database management and direct marketing companies
• Assist in recognizing opportunities to improve customer database and identify new communication strategies
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) on new initiatives
• Participate in database team discussions and document decisions for the team
• Supports ongoing relationship with third party database marketing partner, Acxiom

Online

• Review and optimize search, affiliate, shopping comparison site and web media reporting
• Using Google Analytics, produce monthly dashboard highlighting results of key web initiatives

Social

• Develop reporting for product ratings and reviews and communicate appropriately to the organization
• Create reporting and communicate findings from customer surveys

Collateral Manager to join the marketing team supporting Credit Union Solutions at Fiserv.

Position Description

• Manages collateral process to support new logo and add-on sales efforts

• Works with various business line product managers to identify collateral needs

• Researches high-level details of products and solutions and articulates their value via product brochures, case studies, sales presentations and other materials

• Coordinates review and approvals with internal and external constituents to complete the collateral development process

• Adheres to company and brand standards for marketing materials

• Develops and maintains knowledge of the entire Fiserv portfolio of products and services available to credit unions

• Reviews and edits RFP and proposal documents to ensure messaging is compelling and consistent with information presented in collateral material
