Position Description
The Senior Communications Manager leads marketing and communications functions for McKesson Financial Center, one of the largest financial shared services in North America. Reporting to the General Manager, the position plans, structures and executes marketing and communication strategies for a wide range of audiences, including McKesson Financial Center¿s business unit clients, employees and corporate executives. The position serves as a communications thought leader and is a significant collaborator with group management peers.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
Evolve perceptions of McKesson Financial Center by advancing the perceived value of services and results
– Develop marketing plans for services (e.g., eDocument, Customer Payments, Enterprise Data Management and T&E)
– Create service positioning and produce communication materials
– Measure stakeholder perceptions, identify opportunities and present recommendations
Extend the business impact of client partnerships
– Elevate client dialogue by effectively structuring and producing compelling materials including Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic updates and ongoing communications
– Develop client communication strategies and create supporting materials
Partner with McKesson Financial Center service leaders to develop, position and implement communication strategies for their services
– Define key services and document business landscape, client needs, service features and benefits in a useable service manual
– Define service positioning, develop marketing plan and produce marketing materials
Manage executive communication strategies
– Identify influencing opportunities, create communication plans and produce materials to support General Manager and senior leaders
– Establish executive understanding of enterprise leadership contributions by implementing Executive Briefing strategy and developing update communications
Reinforce McKesson Financial Center positioning that is readily recognized by clients, McKesson executives and employees
Foster positive employee energy and rally support for strategies
– Develop and manage employee communication plans
– Create communications regarding employee feedback and McKesson Financial Center objectives
– Implement quarterly business updates and provide department leaders with materials to engage employees
– Produce and deliver weekly Carrollton in Action employee communication
– Serve as communications leader for all onsite functional groups
– Create and host department meeting events
– Support executive town halls
Maintain and structure access to commonly used communications tools such as a template library and communication guidelines
Coordinate special events and projects such as facility-wide events

Minimum Requirements
5+ years marketing experience
Strategic thinking; ability to translate complex concepts into meaningful content
Expert collaboration skills
Excellent writing skills, including editing content submitted by others
Experience creating graphic layouts and production-ready materials
Expert skills in PowerPoint and Word
Hands-on experience creating finished pieces using Illustrator, PhotoShop (preferred) and Flash (preferred)
Adept project management skills with capability to lead multiple, concurrent initiatives

SUMMARY – The Marketing Campaign Manager plays a key leadership role in the HP Direct demand generation organization. HP Direct is the award-winning consumer and SOHO direct ecommerce business for HP in the U.S. We are seeking an idea champion who can deliver a new perspective on how we plan, integrate and execute campaigns to have maximum resonance with potential customers & deliver best experience from campaign through to store.

Responsibilities:
•Lead seasonal planning of marketing campaigns across disciplines to deliver an integrated campaign plan; ensure aligned with plans of merchandising, web, call center, and customer segment teams
•Leverage HP initiatives and campaigns to maximize impact for ecommerce
•Leverage and negotiate with interal and external partners to extend customer acquisition opportunities and maximize utilize of external funding

•Results-oriented self-starter with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
•Agency experience
•Proven ability with building strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
•Experience with developing proposals and building marketing partnerships
•Advanced knowledge of marketing medium formats, particularly digital

SCOPE OF WORK

In addition, the role is responsible for directing and coordinating marketing activities, develops and directs implementations, and ensures compliance of all company standards.

Maintain consistent brand management across the company, cities and departments through branding guidelines and marketing leadership.
Plan and administer the company’s annual marketing plan to include innovative marketing campaigns for each city.
Plan and administer the company’s overall marketing budget.
Oversee internet marketing: maintain website content & design, oversee tweets & blogs including managing the content, creating/maintaining Granite’s personality, and ensuring consistency across all medias.
Oversee traditional marketing: conduct marketing campaigns, oversee events, sponsorships and industry involvements on behalf of all groups, manage gift campaigns, and ensure consistency with other marketing efforts.
Create marketing campaigns at the building levels, working with PM & Leasing to ensure each building highlights their amenities.
Oversee corporate communication activities including public relations.
