Job Description
Job Purpose: The Interactive Marketing Manager is responsible for existing client relationships and building our client’s success with SPEED’s solutions by leveraging SEM, Display, Remarketing, Social and Mobile campaigns for clients.
Position Summary: The Interactive Marketing Manager will lead the online marketing strategies for a direct to consumer e-commerce Clients. The Director will develop and integrate e-commerce advertising plans aligned with corporate brand strategies and campaign initiatives to drive demand and new customer acquisition. The Director of Internet Marketing is responsible for SEO/SEM, online advertising buys, and 3rd party partnerships.

Responsibilities include; planning, budgeting, executing and evaluating interactive marketing campaigns. Must be able to assess client’s current interactive campaigns and provide actionable next steps for improvement.

•Develop and execute Demand Generation and Customer Acquisition programs through SEM, SEO, affiliates, display, partnerships, and other channels to drive key performance metrics •Conduct reporting and analysis on program performance, including identifying business drivers and opportunities for improvement •Develop Interactive marketing plans/budgets for clients

Secondary Responsibilities: •Drive Alignment with Merchandising, Campaign, and Promotion teams to develop and launch offers, promotions, and giveaways to drive profitable customer acquisition and demand. •Identify and assess new opportunities, including developing projections, vetting IOs and negotiating terms •Develop and execute ongoing optimization and new strategies for SEM campaigns, determining bid strategies, tracking, a/b testing, and reporting •Develop and execute ongoing optimization and new strategies for display campaigns, including creative briefs, image direction, comp review, tracking, a/b testing, and reporting •Own relationships with outside agencies, engines and other partners to implement both existing and new programs. •Determines sales plan by projecting traffic levels by month for each site and estimating conversion. •Directs the vendors to build out certain keywords. •Responsible for ensuring all URLs are pointing to the appropriate landing page and that the page is optimized to drive results •Negotiates and bids on keywords and determines the ranking and placement of keywords. •Analyzes the traffic and sales of these programs to ensure that they hit their financial sales goal. •Make presentations to “Tell the Story” to senior management about strategies, plans, forecasts and results. •Work with cross-functional partners including campaign teams, merchandising, creative, and IT •Maintain brand guidelines in all programs, assets, and deliverables •Monitor competition and industry, providing analysis as needed

Requirements
Essential Functions: •Demonstrated ability to create a vision and deliver measurable results •Experience with advanced Interactive Marketing Tactics and Monitoring Tools •Experience with forecasting/planning and/or analytics (reporting/measurement) •Experience interfacing with Clients, IT, Finance, Operations and Creative Marketing teams across the organization and with external agencies Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: •Lead Management Experience
