Telecommunication Telecommunication – MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units) Segment

The primary goal of this position is to lead local market, DMA focused campaigns targeted to the MDU segment across key Fiber to the Home markets where there is a high concentration of MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units…aka Apartments) prospects. This role will be responsible for planning campaign efforts and implementing in the market across multiple tactics, primarily but not limited to, Out-of-home, Mass, and Digital (Display, Mobile, Search, Social). There will be a heavy degree of planning coordination with our regional marketing organizations, as well as management of multiple ad agencies. This role will be accountable for results management, assessment and optimization for plan improvement. The position works with minimal supervision and guidance and is responsible for providing direction internally and externally on the best use of the corporation’s marketing dollars to support acquisition initiatives. Candidate will be responsible for leading external advertising agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver communications strategies and executions that are designed to drive Product and Internet sales.

Required
• Must have minimum 5 years Advertising and/or Client Side marketing experience, including digital marketing, in order to be considered for position
• Strong digital marketing expertise (Display, Mobile, Search, Social)
• Experience managing external marketing or advertising agencies
• Above average proficiency with excel and PowerPoint applications
• Strong leadership and a proven ability to positively influence change
• Working knowledge of HBX, Spotlight, Cadreon or other web tracking tools
• Bachelor’s Degree

Desired
• Experience working in telecom (broadband) or other related service oriented industry (TV/Cable)
• Impeccable organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
• Prior experience writing internal communications, newsletters or editorial copy
• Previous broadband / telecommunications / utility – regulatory/marketing responsibilities

The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of a robust online marketing strategy as well as managing the day-to-day corporate website initiatives. This individual will manage all corporate acquisition channels with emphasis on paid search, online display, SEO, Email Marketing and CRM. She/he will own the measurement of efforts to acquire, retain, and manage customers who initiated or have interacted with the website or other web-enabled medium. The Online Marketing Manager will work with other members of the ReachLocal Marketing Team as well as other teams including Department Heads, Product, Finance and BI/Analytics to efficiently prioritize and drive objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute demand generation and customer acquisition programs through PPC, SEO, Email, Affiliate, Display & Remarketing, Social, Mobile and other channels to drive key performance metrics
Develop and execute drip marketing strategies and tactics in conjunction with a robust CRM strategy
Own revenue growth of online marketing programs to achieve sales, cost per lead, ROI and total channel contribution goals
Conduct reporting and analysis on program performance, including identifying business drivers and opportunities for improvement and building and maintaining easy to understand KPI Dashboards
Build convincing business cases to allocate (more) resources towards demand-driving opportunities
